Micra 110 local heat recovery ventilator
The VENTS Micra 110 local heat recovery unit is a solution for fresh air in a single room without major intervention in the building. With heat recovery, quiet operation, and simple control, it is an excellent choice for renovations where a central system does not make sense.
Description
Decentralized heat recovery ventilation
VENTS Micra 110 is a single-room, decentralized heat recovery ventilation unit designed for situations where air quality matters, but a classic central system is not feasible. It performs excellently in renovations and retrofits, as it provides fresh air supply and exhaust air extraction in a single room, without the need for extensive ducting throughout the building.
Two installation versions
Two versions are available, so you can choose the solution that better matches your space and installation method. The standard VENTS Micra 110 version is intended for surface-mounted wall installation and has a weight of 20 kg. In this version, automatic supply and exhaust air dampers are standard equipment, so when switched off, the unit is better protected against unwanted draught through the device.
The VENTS Micra 110 V1 version is intended for concealed or built-in installation in a wall opening and weighs 23 kg. This version also supports an optional pair of 75 mm semi-rigid air ducts as an alternative to the standard 100 mm connection. Automatic air dampers are available as additional equipment in the V1 version, so they must be selected separately.
Main advantages
- Efficient heat recovery
At lower speed, thermal efficiency reaches up to 93% , helping reduce heat losses and heating costs without opening a window. - Quiet mode for everyday use
At speed I, sound pressure at 3 m is only 10 dB(A), making the unit very suitable for bedrooms, study rooms and other quieter spaces. - Summer bypass
The summer cooling mode bypasses the heat exchanger, so the unit does not return unwanted heat to the room and helps maintain a more pleasant climate during the warmer part of the year. - Simple standalone control
The built-in side control panel allows on/off switching, selection of three speeds, heat recovery mode, summer bypass, filter maintenance notification display and alarm display. No app or smartphone is needed for use. - Option for a finer filter
As an additional upgrade, an ISO ePM1 65% / F7 supply air filter is available, an attractive choice for households that want a higher level of filtration.
Operation and control
The unit has a built-in temperature sensor that supports proper system operation and mode switching. On the control panel, you can easily switch between the three speeds and choose between normal heat recovery operation and summer bypass mode. The filter service display and alarm display are especially convenient, as they help maintain reliable operation without guesswork.
VENTS Micra 110 operates on single-phase 230 V, 50/60 Hz power supply, with an integrated fan assembly and a design for decentralized ventilation of a single room. An optional wired control switch and remote control are also available and sold separately.

Energy efficiency (EU Ecodesign)
According to official Ecodesign data, the unit is classified as a bidirectional, 3-speed recuperative unit (RVU BVU). Specific Energy Consumption is -79.7 kWh/(m2.a) in a cold climate, -41 kWh/(m2.a) in a temperate climate and -16.3 kWh/(m2.a) in a warm climate, with energy class A achieved in a temperate climate and class E in a warm climate. This means a net energy saving compared with the reference state, while also providing a clear official efficiency classification.
At a reference flow rate of 0.017 m3/s, thermal efficiency is 87%, electrical power is 30.6 W, and SPI is 0.252 W/(m3/h). Annual electricity consumption is 764 kWh/a in a cold climate, 227 kWh/a in a temperate climate and 182 kWh/a in a warm climate, while annual heat savings are 9007 kWh/a, 4604 kWh/a and 2082 kWh/a respectively.
Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between the standard version and V1?
The standard version is for surface-mounted installation and has automatic dampers as standard equipment. V1 is for concealed/built-in installation, also allows an optional connection of 75 mm semi-rigid ducts, and the dampers are additional equipment in this version.
Do I need WiFi or an app to operate it?
No. The unit operates independently via the built-in control panel, so you do not need either a WiFi connection or a smartphone for basic use.
How noisy is the unit at night in the bedroom?
At speed I, sound pressure at 3 m is only 10 dB(A), and at 1 m it is 20 dB(A), so with the correct speed selection it is also very suitable for night-time use in quieter rooms.
Can I improve the air filtration?
Yes. The G4 filters are installed as standard, and a finer ISO ePM1 65% / F7 filter is also available as an upgrade for the supply air.
Conclusion
VENTS Micra 110 is a thoughtful choice for anyone looking for quality local heat recovery ventilation, simple control and two practical installation versions. Whether you choose the standard wall-mounted or V1 built-in version, you get a solution that combines efficiency, quiet operation and everyday usability.
